Our Facilities
Acadian Aviation Pilot Training is located at Lafayette Regional Airport, 123 Grissom Drive , Lafayette La. 70508.
Our facilities include a 20-seat classroom, pilot briefing room, simulator room, testing and administrative offices.
All flight training originates from the Lafayette or Leesville Airports, which is centrally located with outstanding facilities that enhance the flight training environment. We operate a fleet of Piper aircraft, including Tomahawks, Warriors, Arrows and Twin Comanches.
Acadian Aviation continues to expand its services and locations throughout Acadiana in an effort to serve you better. And, as always, we are full-time flight instructors, so you can learn on your schedule, when it’s convenient for you.
Our Philosophy
Welcome to Acadian Pilot training Center, Acadiana’s premiere training facility. We train to the highest standards to develop safe, confident pilots.
Our instructors are dedicated, passionate teachers — not just pilots. We use a structured approach for your training with a comprehensive syllabus and dedicated flight resources. We track your progress closely toward your pilot certification and our aircrafts are selected for training purposes to optimize your experience and develop flying skills for larger aircraft transition.
Teaching people how to fly is all we do at Acadian Pilot. It is our full-time job.
Raja Gharazeddine, Acadian Aviation owner, is a Gold Seal Certificated Flight Instructor — and all the instructors at Acadian Pilot — offer Acadiana’s only full-time Flight Training, which means that you can learn on your timetable.
